This tutorial is a quick overview of the process to install Anaconda on an Ubuntua O/S.
Upgrade & Update system:
Install IDLE Editor:
Install Anaconda dependencies:
Verify Anaconda installer:
Install Anaconda:
Initialize Anaconda:
Set Auto_Activate_Base:
To select Activate_Base and turn it On/Off, create 2 ALIASES in ~/.bashrc or ~/.bash_aliases
Using the ALIASES:
Verify Install:
Now, you should have a working Anaconda install, that looks like this:
