The Jekyll Site Finally Works

This is a quick confirmation post that it is all working.

I have also written a complete install tutorial for the creation of the Jekyll GitHub Pages site, and the configuration associated with that. However, tutorial needs some minor rework, to ensure there is no PII contained in it, and that functionally it makes sense.
